Boodlborne and Airborne Pathogens

Intended Audience:

This course is designed for any employee who has the reasonable anticipation of contact with blood or other potentially infectious materials as a result of performing designated job duties, including but not limited to: healthcare workers, Public safety personnel, Housekeeping and custodial workers, educational and correctional workers, and designated first aid providers

Completion Requirements:

Written Exam: Required

Performance Evaluation: Demonstration of skills competency in all learning stations and passing the skills evaluations

Certification Period:

2 years.  Recommended every 1 year.
