Community Health Representative - Refresher Class

Intended Audience:

This course is for anyone who is employed as a Community Health Representative and has attended a Basic Class in the past 3-5 years.

Prerequisites:

Completeion of all precourse materials, course pretest, and a current CPR-AED card.

Class Hours:

Initial Course:  48 Hours

Completion Requirements:

Written Exam: Required

Performance Evaluation: Demonstration of skills competency in all learning stations and completion of class project/presentation

Certification Period:

Up to 3 years.
