Community Health Representative - Basic Class

Intended Audience:

This course is for anyone who has been hired as a Community Health Representitve and has never attended a basic class. This course is also for CHR's that have not attended a refresher course is more then 5-7 years.

Prerequisites:

Completeion of all precourse materials, course pretest, and a current CPR-AED card.

Class Hours:

Initial Course:  96 Hours

Completion Requirements:

Written Exam: Required

Performance Evaluation: Demonstration of skills competency in all learning stations and completion of class project/presentation

Certification Period:

Up to 3 years.
