You will need a web browser and a Macromedia Flash plug-in. If you don't have the Macromedia Flash plug-in, your computer will ask your permission to load one after you select one of the training modules. In the event that this fails, you can CLICK HERE to download the free plug-in. You will need to have your screen resolution set to 1024x768 in order to properly view the training modules. Most monitors already have this set but there are still a few out there that may not. Failure to do this may not allow you to see all of the function buttons that are normally available on the screen.
These modules are part of a LMS (Learning Management System) that will track your progress. You will be able to see what your progress is at any given time. However, this system is currently for our membership only and requires us to assign every person a username and password unique to them. Since we don't know who will want to take this course, we are requesting that you phone, fax, email or use the link to the on-line form to provide us with the following information: Facility (place you work), Your name, City, State, phone number and email address. We are using email addresses for the username we issue (if you don't have one, we can make one up for you). We will verify that you work for one of our member facilities and then send you your username and password. Call 605-720-7117 if you are having problems.
Certificates can be printed at the completion of each chapter!!!
